Last quarter, my Pix-N-Pens blog participated in the Bloggy Carnival and we had great fun, so I’ve decided to participate with all my blogs this quarter.

Here at Peace and Quiet, we’re giving away a beautiful collection, in its own case, of seven Beth Moore hardback books! All you have to do is look through all the other posts on this blog and leave a comment on one of those posts. The comment must be relevant, and not just a simple “great post.” You may enter up to 3 times, but each entry must be on a different post, and must apply to that particular post.

Deadline is Friday, October 31st, midnight (central time). I’ll announce the winner one day next week.

    I read “Who are you depending on?”, because I struggle with this one myself. It’s hard to just stop trying to figure it all out yourself, and instead pray and depend on God; but if you don’t, you probably won’t learn what God wants you to in the first place! Thanks for the contest and the wonderful articles!

    I just read Alive and Active….I struggle sometimes with reading the Bible and not always making it come alive for me today. God is who He says He is and He can and does still do miracles. I have seen them in my life. In that way, I’m kind of like the Israelites who saw the miracles and still doubted and complained. I don’t want to live like that. I want to live anticipating God’s miracles in my life.

    I would love to win Beth’s books…she is awesome!!

    I think i might suggest a different stop spam engine. I have had many troubles posting comments on your websites. I don’t know if hardly any of them actually got posted. if the words entered are wrong it should give you a second chance without deleting the content of the comment you just wrote. plus i find them hard to read….. so I read and tried to comment on In tune with each other, who’s guilty ( i will have to check out birth verse!) and Has God ever spoken to you? I enjoyed the scriptures and your take on them. I hope you will include me in the contest.

    Your Trusting From The Bottom of Our Hearts post really hit home, especially the verse. It is sometimes so difficult for me to truly trust God. Right now, I am struggling with trusting God with my daughter’s health. She is 2 and getting ready to have her third open heart surgery. I KNOW that God loves her more than I do and that He has a plan for her but I have a hard time turning it all over to Him. I have to remind myself daily that God is in control and that it does no good for me to worry and get anxious over the details. Thank you for that post. It really opened my eyes.

    I would really love to win these books. My friends and I have been having a Bible study class every other week. For the first four weeks, we have been watching a Beth Moore video. She is so funny and informative. I have been thinking that I would love to read her books. Thank you so much for this great giveaway.
